The UTT Volleyball athletes have returned home after participating in the 9th Women's Pan American Cup 2010 which took place in Mexico from June 18th to 26th .
Our lady athletes gave creditable performances at this international level competition.
The UTT Volleyball players have also performed admirably at the National level to be able to continue to maintain their spaces on the National Team. 
There are three (3) UTT scholarship athletes, namely, Krystle Esdelle, Reeza Grant and Courtnee Mae Clifford and two (2) UTT Volleyball Club Players, Channon Thompson and Sinead Jack, on the National Team.
 
This is the fourth year that Trinidad & Tobago has qualified for the Pan Am games. It is the first time that the Team has won any games but did not  reach the finals and still managed to be placed in the top ten listings, while showing significant improvement in their game, overall.  
Eleven (11) countries participated in the games. They were ranked as follows:
